Who to contact

Coodeh Media JA is responsible for the enquiry information you share with us. For privacy questions or requests, email raymond@coodehmedia.com.

Information you choose to share

If you email us, book a call, or submit a lead form on Facebook or Instagram, we receive the information you provide — typically your name, email address, phone number, business details, meeting time, and your answers to enquiry or budget questions. Please avoid including sensitive personal information in an initial enquiry.

We use this information to contact you by email, phone or WhatsApp about your enquiry, prepare a marketing plan or proposal, arrange and run the call, manage the resulting business relationship, and — only if you agreed to it — send occasional updates about Coodeh Media offers. We do not need you to create an account on this website.

Booking through Calendly

The embedded booking calendar connects to Calendly only when you select “Show available times.” Opening the separate booking link also takes you to Calendly. Calendly processes scheduling information and may use cookies or similar technologies; its own cookie controls are available on its service.

Review Calendly’s privacy notice for its processing practices. Booking information is stored in the scheduling service, rather than in a form database on these pages.

Lead forms on Meta platforms

If you submit a lead form on Facebook or Instagram, Meta collects your answers and shares them with us so we can follow up. That submission is covered by Meta’s own privacy policy in addition to this notice. Where a lead form separates enquiry contact from marketing updates, each is its own consent — agreeing to one does not agree to the other.

The budget check

The initial budget selector is a check within your browser. It does not submit the selection to Coodeh, store it on a server, or save it after a page refresh. Information you later enter into Calendly is processed separately as part of your booking.

Cookies and Meta Pixel

These pages do not add analytics tracking or a newsletter subscription. Where we run Meta advertising, Meta Pixel may be used to measure how those ads perform; you can control cookies in your browser settings. Hosting systems may process technical request information, such as IP addresses and browser details, to deliver and secure the website. Scheduling has its own privacy and cookie controls.

Who sees it

Only Raymond Chambers and Coodeh Media staff see the information you share with us. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with other businesses for their own marketing. It may be processed by the services we use to run the business — including Meta, Google Workspace, Calendly, our own client system, and hosting — and these services may process information outside your country. Contact us if you need details about a provider or transfer relevant to your enquiry.

How long we keep it

We keep your details for up to 24 months after your last contact with us, unless you ask us to delete them sooner.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us to see, correct, delete, restrict, or receive a copy of the information we hold about you at any time. Email raymond@coodehmedia.com and we will action it within 30 days; we may need to verify your identity first. Depending on the law that applies to you, you may also raise a concern with the data protection authority in your jurisdiction.

We update this page when the enquiry journey or the way information is handled changes. The date above identifies the latest version.
