Information you choose to share

If you email us or book a call, we receive the information you provide, such as your name, email address, business details, meeting time, and answers to scheduling questions. Please avoid including sensitive personal information in an initial enquiry.

We use this information to respond, arrange and prepare for the conversation, assess the requested service, and manage the resulting business relationship. We do not need you to create an account on this website.

Booking through Calendly

The embedded booking calendar connects to Calendly only when you select “Show available times.” Opening the separate booking link also takes you to Calendly. Calendly processes scheduling information and may use cookies or similar technologies; its own cookie controls are available on its service.

Review Calendly’s privacy notice for its processing practices. Booking information is stored in the scheduling service, rather than in a form database on these pages.

The budget check

The initial budget selector is a check within your browser. It does not submit the selection to Coodeh, store it on a server, or save it after a page refresh. Information you later enter into Calendly is processed separately as part of your booking.

Website technology

These pages do not add advertising pixels, analytics tracking, marketing cookies, or a newsletter subscription. Hosting systems may process technical request information, such as IP addresses and browser details, to deliver and secure the website. Scheduling has its own privacy and cookie controls.

Why we process enquiry information

We process information to take steps you request before entering a service agreement, perform an agreement, maintain ordinary business correspondence, and meet applicable legal obligations. Where optional processing requires consent, you may choose whether to provide it and may withdraw it.

Service providers and storage

Information may be handled by the services used for scheduling, email, hosting, and ordinary business administration. These services may process information outside your country. Contact us if you need details about a provider or transfer relevant to your enquiry.

Enquiry and business records are kept for as long as needed for the relevant conversation or business relationship, and any applicable recordkeeping requirements. You can ask us about retention or request deletion using the email above.

Your choices and rights

Depending on the law that applies to you, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to the processing of, or receive a copy of your personal information. Contact us to make a request. We may need to verify your identity. You may also raise a concern with the data protection authority in your jurisdiction.
