A call is a conversation

A discovery call is an opportunity to discuss your business and assess fit. Booking a call or browsing this website does not start a paid service, authorize advertising spend, or create a service contract.

Your service agreement

Before work begins, we agree the deliverables, agency fee, media budget, payment arrangements, timing, required account access, and responsibilities in writing. Your signed service agreement governs the engagement, including renewal and cancellation procedures.

The offer on these pages

International services are scoped and priced after discovery. A minimum of $1,000 USD per month in ad spend is required, separate from the agency fee. The written proposal confirms the agency fee, deliverables, timing, and contract terms.

Media spend and results

Advertising spend pays the advertising platform and is separate from the agency fee. Campaign performance depends on the offer, audience, competition, budget, platform conditions, and the way enquiries are handled. We do not guarantee a fixed number of leads, sales, or a particular return.

Creative and third-party materials

Creative examples show the type of work presented by Coodeh Media. They are not a licence to copy or reuse the material. Ownership, usage rights, and handover of creative produced for a client are set out in the relevant service agreement.

Using this website

Please do not misuse the website, interfere with its availability, or submit unlawful material. External services, including Calendly and advertising platforms, have their own terms and privacy notices.

Website information may be updated as services change. We confirm the current scope and commercial terms with you before you commit. Nothing on this page removes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
