Quotes, payment, and deposits
Prices, payment deadlines, deposits, and included deliverables should be stated clearly before work begins. Any VAT treatment should be shown according to the registered business status.
Client responsibilities
Clients are responsible for giving accurate information, feedback, brand materials, access to relevant accounts, and approvals needed for the project timeline.
Revisions and timelines
Each proposal should state how many revisions are included, what counts as an additional request, and how missed feedback deadlines may affect launch timing.
Intellectual property and portfolio use
Ownership of final approved work, source files, ad accounts, raw footage, and portfolio usage should be made clear in the client agreement.
Cancellations and refunds
